The batter takes a card off the top of the batting pack. When an appeal card ‘how’s that’ appears then the bowler takes a card off the top of the bowling pack.  The batsman is either out, not out or scores 1 leg bye.  Packs are reshuffled after so many overs, or as wickets are taken

K Cricket Cards

After the bowler has played his 6 bowling cards his pack is reshuffled and dealt again.

Every time batsman plays a card he replaces it from his pile, so he always has 6 cards in hand. Only when he loses a wicket does he replace his hand.

Bowler plays a card first. Batter must match this if he can, resulting in no runs, runs scored or a wicket.

Run outs can be attempted by fielders. Byes, leg byes, wides and no balls can all be scored.
